I am a licensed mental health therapist (LH6060868) in WA and hold a masters degree in Existential Phenomenological Psychology. I am also a WA stated approved supervisor and provide supervision for therapists working towards licensure. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and connect more deeply with themselves and others. With a compassionate, client-centered approach, I work with adults and adolescents facing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, family system, and Existential psychology. I adapt my therapeutic approach to meet your unique needs.
